6 th week of TP2
The week from 24/11 to 28/11 was a very special and memorable phase of my teaching practice. Each day began with signing the attendance register at 9:00 am and preparing for my regular classes in the 8th and 9th standards. On 24/11, I had a substitution class in 8D during the first period, and an Anti-Drug Awareness Programme was conducted in the school, which helped students understand the dangers of drug abuse. I also conducted the achievement test for the 8th standard and completed my noon duty. On 25/11, I handled a substitution class for 6C during the third period and continued my regular teaching. I proudly completed the portions for the 9th standard, and for the 8th standard I conducted the pre-test for the project achievement test. On 26/11, I had substitution in 8C and, along with my peers, we planned to distribute sweets to the students and teachers of classes 8 and 9 as a token of love. I conducted the post-achievement test for the 8th standard and distributed notes to the 9th standard students. On 27/11, there were no substitution periods, so I focused on completing all pending work. We distributed ladoos to the 8th standard students, and their heartfelt feedback made me extremely happy. We also clicked photos together, creating beautiful memories. Finally, on 28/11 — the last day of my teaching practice — I handled my regular class for the 9th standard and conducted a psychology-based sociometry test among the students. Later, we distributed ladoos and received warm feedback from both teachers and students, which was truly touching. This entire week was filled with emotional moments, learning experiences, student interactions, and beautiful memories that I will always cherish as part of my journey as a teacher trainee.
