weekly report (Aug 18–22)

The week from August 18 to 22 was marked by the beginning of the Onam examinations in school, which brought new responsibilities and experiences. On August 18, the first day of exams, I assisted in distributing answer sheets, arranging students in classrooms, and later joined Thiruvathira practice along with doing lunch and discipline duties. The following days, August 19 and 20, continued with similar tasks such as bringing students to classes before exams, supervising exam halls, and practicing for cultural programs, which helped me balance both academic and cultural duties. On August 21, I also completed pending work for the Social Science teacher and, along with my peer trainee, handled short exam duties in class 8, followed by upper-class exam supervision, lunch duty, and discipline duty. The week concluded on August 22 with steady exam responsibilities and Thiruvathira practice, giving me an opportunity to experience the organizational, cultural, and disciplinary side of school life. Overall, the week enriched my training by teaching me time management, responsibility, and adaptability in a school environment.
